Заводом проведены квалификационные испытания и осуществлена подготовка производства стрелочных электроприводов типа СП-12Н и СП-12К.

Назначение и область применения.

Электроприводы стрелочные невзрезные типа СП-12Н и СП-12К предназначенны для перевода, запирания и контроля положения стрелок, оборудованных внешними замыкателями остряков и подвижных сердечников крестовин (ПСК) с непрерывной поверхностью катания (НПК) со скоростями движения поездов до 200 км/ч.

Стрелочные электроприводы выпускаются в 2-х вариантах исполнения:

СП-12Н - для перевода в повторно кратковременном режиме остряков стрелочных переводов;
СП-12К - для перевода в повторно кратковременном режиме подвижных сердечников крестовин с НПК.

Электроприводы устанавливаются на специальной гарнитуре у железнодорожных стрелок с правой или левой стороны, оборудованных внешними замыкателями остряков и/или подвижных сердечников крестовин, в том числе фиксатором положения подвижного сердечника крестовины, и управляются с поста электрической централизации, диспетчерской централизации.
